Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use StealMySERP for a business or client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else is using it.

StealMySERP reads web pages, checks Google search results through its Chrome extension, and uses AI to compare your pages with the ones ranking above you. To use the Google checks you must install the extension, and they run in your own browser.

StealMySERP is currently free. To keep it free, everyone shares a daily AI allowance, so checks may pause until it resets at midnight UTC. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid plans. Paid plans will always be clearly priced before you buy, and our Refund Policy will apply to them.

You agree not to:

• Use the contact details StealMySERP finds to send spam or unwanted bulk messages, or in any way that breaks anti-spam or privacy laws where you or the recipient live.
• Use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Try to get around the daily limits, overload the service, or access other people's accounts or data.
• Copy, resell or rebuild the service, or scrape it automatically.
• Interfere with or reverse-engineer the service or the extension, except where the law allows it.

You are also responsible for following the rules of other services you use alongside StealMySERP, including Google and the websites you analyse.

You keep ownership of what you put into StealMySERP and the reports it creates for you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only submit pages and information you have the right to use.

StealMySERP, its design, software, extension and brand belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it.

Reports are generated partly by AI from live Google results and public web pages. They can be incomplete or wrong, and Google results change all the time. Treat them as suggestions, check anything important yourself, and see our Disclaimer. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales result.

You can stop using StealMySERP at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost rankings, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of StealMySERP. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh will handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using StealMySERP after that, the new terms apply.
